Viv
Viv is Exquisite's managing director, having established the business seven years ago she has worked on business and strategic development and as a chartered accountant oversees the financial management of the company. Viv also works closely with key customers to ensure that strong relationships are maintained to facilitate continuing growth.
Chris
Chris is our operations director and works closely with customers to ensure that their current and future needs are always met. Chris also uses his masterful bakery skills to produce new and innovative products. Chris is always happy to discuss new product ideas with customers and will happily take on board any ideas or changes they might have. He also heads up Quality Control ensuring that systems are in place to ensure that the highest quality products reach your customers.
Phil
Phil manages the day to day operation of the bakery ensuring that orders are despatched efficiently and that our high product quality standards are maintained. He also assists Chris with product development as he has valuable insight on new products due to his own extensive bakery experience. He is a well respected figure around the factory and is able to keep production running, with great ease and quiet authority.
Tomasz
Tomasz has a full and varied role! He is a key customer contact and takes part in marketing & promotional events. He also controls the day to day functionality of our accounts department. He sends invoices, chases payments and works alongside Viv and Emma to keep our financial department running smoothly. Tomasz also takes orders from customers, answers the phone and helps with any problems customers or suppliers might have.
Emma S
Emma works in sales and marketing helping Viv with product launches, advertisments and press releases and accompanies her to events around the country. She works closely with designers to ensure that all our graphic output supports our brand and company image. Emma has also worked within the health safety department, working with Chris and various outside consultants to ensure that we keep all of our staff safe at work.
Amanda
Amanda is our production controller and technical administrator who will also provide you with an answer to any technical question about our products. She writes the product specifications and is therefore a fountain of knowledge on nutritional information, ingredients, product descriptions and allergy information. She collects the orders every week and then organises and prioritises them on our production planner to ensure that all customers receive their orders in a timely manner, whilst ensuring production efficiency is maximised.
Emma W
She heads up our accounts department and deals with day to day cash management. She also prepares our monthly management accounts and constantly reviews our expenditure to ensure costs are minimised.
Rose
Rose has been with Exquisite since it was established in 2004, her role has developed from taster to chief taster and business mentor.
