About Us
We are a small family bakery in Leeds and are proud to have just celebrated our 6th birthday.
Amanda
Amanda is our technical and administration manager who will provide you with an answer to any technical question about our products. Amanda will very often be the person on the end of the phone when you call the office.
Phil
Phil has now stepped into Chris' old job as bakery manager. Phil manages the day to day operation of the bakery ensuring that orders are despatched efficiently and that our high product quality standards are maintained.
Chris
Chris is our operations director and works alongside Viv to ensure that customers needs are met. Chris also uses his bakery skills to produce new and innovative products. He is always happy to discuss new product ideas with customers.
Viv
Viv is the company MD and works closely with our customers to ensure that the highest level of service is provided. Viv is happy to talk to customers about sales promotions and will work with customers to ensure that sales of our products are maximised.
Chris
Chris is our Business Adviser who helps Viv with Strategic Planning and does his best to make sure the business runs as smoothly as possible. He also makes sure all the staff are trained to the correct standards in Health & Safety and Food Hygiene. He is really the “Godfather” to the business.
Rose
Meet our Quality Controller, Rose, who decides if a product is of a high enough standard to be included in our product range. Rose has the final say on setting Quality Standards as one day she intends to take over from Viv running the company.
