With the accent very much on popular baking, we offer everything from traditional flapjack and shortbread to our best selling Chocolate Tiffin, Toffee Tiffin and Yoghurt & Cranberry Tiffin.

Indeed, our tiffin selection has proved to be a best seller, with its luxurious richness and trendy triangular portions bringing customers back time and again.

Crucially, we have invested in high precision equipment that enables us to deliver guaranteed portions sizes. With twelve portions per tray, caterers can now place exactly the same offering on display every time.

Some exciting new additions to the tray bake range include an extension of the Tiffin family with crunchie Ginger & Apricot Tiffin and tangy Jaffa Crunch - with last but not least the exotic "Love Tray" Caramel Flapjack topped with a mixture of seeds, fruit, nuts and dark chocolate chunks.
