Frozen
Our frozen cakes are all of the same high standard as our ambient lines but they have the advantage of a whole years shelf life. The larger cakes are neatly pre-portioned so you can defrost them a section at a time which prevents any wastage and the smaller frozen range is perfect for that individual treat which you can defrost and enjoy.
Storage Conditions
Prior to use they should be kept frozen and when ready to use defrosted slowly in cool dry conditions. Once defrosted thoroughly refrigerated storage is acceptable but sudden changes of temperature should be avoided. Please display the products away from direct heat sources such as hot kitchen areas and heated counter tops. After defrosting shelf life is reduced to approximately five days.
They will taste their best at room temperature.
